We use the information we collect to:

Error and service monitoring
We use two data processors to detect errors and keep Feedzzie running. They act only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement, and keep the data in their European Union region.
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., EU region): receives reports of the errors in our servers and in your browser (the error message, the file and line of code where it happened, the address of the page without its parameters, your browser and operating system, and the version of Feedzzie), plus the timings of a small sample of the requests to our servers. It keeps them for up to 30 days.
- Grafana Labs (Raintank, Inc., EU region): reads the metrics and logs of our servers on Google Cloud (number of requests, errors, response times and running instances) to show them on dashboards and alert us, and checks from outside that feedzzie.com responds. It keeps them for up to 14 days.
Error reports do not include your IP address or personal data such as your name, your email address or the content you write: we remove that data before the reports leave our servers or your browser, and Grafana Labs only receives technical data about our servers.
Your browser sends those reports straight to Sentry, so Sentry sees your IP address when it receives them, as happens with any connection. We have set up Sentry not to store that address or the approximate location (country, region and city) that can be deduced from it.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
