You retain ownership of the content you submit to Feedzzie, including ideas, comments, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user content.

7. Payment Terms

7.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Price Changes
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access to Feedzzie if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Disclaimers
FEEDZZIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDZZIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feedzzie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
